New! Manufacturing Property Tax Exemption
The new Targeted Urban Area (TUA) exemption provides a property tax exemption for the value of new construction of manufacturing facilities in the TUA designated area in north Richland. Benton County also offers a tax emption under this program. Learn more about Benton County's program here.

**Businesses in Richland and Benton County pay a business and occupation (B&O) tax based on gross receipts. Leasehold excise tax is due on all leased property and improvements in Washington state.
