 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

The Tri-Cities HOME Consortium receives an annual allocation from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide housing support to households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income.  Services include:

  • Homeownership Assistance (Down-Payments)
  • Homeowner Rehabilitation
  • Tenant-Based Rental Assistance
  • Funding to support Community Housing Development Organizations

HOME-AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN PROGRAM

The Tri-Cities HOME Consortium received a one-time allocation of $2,394,949 to serve the following Qualified Populations:

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Individuals at-risk of homelessness
  • Person's fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking
  • Other populations where where providing supportive services or assistance would prevent homelessness or serve those at greatest risk of housing instability

The allocation will support the following activities:

  • Development of Affordable Rental Housing
  • Supportive Services
  • Capacity Building and Operating Support for organizations providing supportive services
