Community Development Block Grant
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program supports community development activities to build stronger and more resilient communities. Each year the City of Richland receives a specific allocation. Eligible activities include but are not limited to:
- Public Services
- Construction of public facilities and improvements
- Rehabilitation of residential and non-residential structures
