Magnolia Music Studio
Located on Bradley Blvd and George Washington Way
Located at 430 George Washington Way Ste 104 (on the corner of Bradley Blvd) nestled in the bottom floor of a 2 story building is a quaint little, but growing music studio! I was pleased to meet with the owner Cynthia Vaughn and take a tour of the facility, and what a facility it is.
From this location there are twelve teachers teaching lessons for voice, vocal jazz, piano, guitar/bass, jazz guitar, classical guitar, trumpet, string instruments, flute and clarinet. Lessons can be booked weekly and typically for a 12 week semester depending on the instructor. There are 3 music rooms for lessons, when you call to schedule you'll be asked a few fact finding questions to help match you with the right teacher for you. The spaces are programmed Monday through Saturday each week.
Just across the hall, is the Listening Room at Magnolia Studios which is a larger concert space that seats up to 50 people for rehearsals, touring artists and primarily recitals. This space opened on Memorial Day weekend 2018, is also available for rent. Thanks to a generous grant from the Small Business Incentive Program offered by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Washington River Protection Services, Magnolia Music Studio will be able to add lighting and other details to the new space as its constantly evolving and growing.
Magnolia Studios is such a gem located at the entry to Richland, we are so happy to have them as an active part of the community!
