Build a Stronger, More Resilient Business at WSU Tri-Cities

Post Date:02/09/2026
Running a small business takes grit - and having the right tools and support can make all the difference. This spring, WSU Tri-Cities is offering local entrepreneurs, family businesses, and nonprofit leaders an opportunity to strengthen their operations and leadership through the Resilient Business Builders Network, a hands-on workshop series focused on real-world strategies for growth.

Designed for busy professionals, the series goes beyond theory to provide practical guidance you can apply immediately. Participants will connect with fellow business leaders while exploring ways to streamline operations, strengthen their teams, and build a more sustainable foundation for long-term success.

The first session, Build the Backbone: Systems to Scale, will be held April 2. This workshop focuses on improving internal systems, reducing operational bottlenecks, and creating processes that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.

On April 16, the second session, Power Through People: Empowering Your Team, will help participants attract, develop, and retain talented employees. Attendees will learn how to build a positive workplace culture and create an environment where teams can thrive.

Whether you’re looking to grow, improve efficiency, or strengthen your leadership approach, the Resilient Business Builders Network offers valuable tools and connections to help you move forward with confidence.
