Public Notice: 30-Day Public Review and Comment Period – Potential Conflict of Interest Exception
Notice is hereby given that the Tri-Cities HOME Consortium will hold a 30-day public review and comment period beginning November 5, 2025, and ending at 5:00 P.M. on December 6, 2025, to solicit public review and comment regarding one potential conflict of interest related to a HOME program activity.
The Tri-Cities HOME Consortium is requesting an exception to the conflict-of-interest provisions from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as outlined in 24 CFR 92.356. The Consortium has identified one situation that constitutes a potential conflict of interest:
City Employee Participation
A city employee has applied for assistance under the HOME Homeownership Assistance Program. The employee has met all eligibility and program requirements to receive the assistance.
