Most City of Richland facilities will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day. This includes Richland City Hall, the Richland Public Library, and the Richland Community Center.
Horn Rapids Landfill will be open normal operating hours.
Emergency services will operate as normal. Residential garbage collection will remain on its regular schedule with no service delays.
City facilities will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.
