Tai Chi
Instructors: Bill Powell, Susanna Salsbury, Kelley Muntean & Katherine Davis
Classes consist of a brief meditation period, warm-up exercises, learning the Tai Chi Walk, and practicing both short—form and long-form Yang-style Tai Chi. The reason for the movements will be provided at the beginning or end of the class. Individual/group practices are provided during the sessions, with the primary goal of leaving each class feeling better than when you arrived.
