Mondays Patti's Yoga        
A beautiful flow of postures combined with active and passive breathing connects body, mind, and spirit. Feel your physical, emotional, and mental stress release, allowing the body to renew and restore. Creating this homeostasis within the body promotes the body's natural healing process, bringing peace and harmony. This class is especially beneficial for anyone with lower back, hip, shoulder, or joint issues. To sign up for yoga only, please refer to the yoga section on page 13.
